Current Job Openings

1. Hydroseeding Technicians

Operate hydroseeding equipment, mix seed blends, and apply treatments for lawns, slopes, and land rehabilitation. Experience in landscaping, spraying, or irrigation is a plus.

2. Mulching & Erosion Control Specialists

Apply mulch, erosion blankets, and stabilizing materials to protect soil and improve land stability. Experience in land care, construction, or rehabilitation is preferred.

3. Dust Suppression Operators

Use specialized equipment to apply water-based, polymer, or eco-friendly dust control treatments for construction sites and roads. Heavy machinery experience is beneficial.

4. Land Clearing & Site Preparation Crew

Assist with vegetation removal, debris clearing, and land grading to prepare sites for hydroseeding and erosion control. Experience in excavation or land management is a plus.

5. Equipment Operators

Operate hydroseeders, mulch blowers, water trucks, and grading equipment for efficient application. Heavy machinery experience is highly desirable.

6. Project Managers & Site Supervisors

Lead teams in hydroseeding, dust suppression, and erosion control, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and up to industry standards. Experience in land restoration or environmental services is preferred.

7. General Labourers & Entry-Level Positions

Start your career in hydroseeding and environmental services with hands-on training. Ideal for those passionate about land restoration and sustainability.
